Introducing Our Head Chef
The Head Chef in the Saracens kitchen is David Ostle
Head chef, David Ostle, brings a wealth of experience to Saracens from his experience of working in some of the country's finest hotels.
Trained at the Gosforth Park Hotel in Newcastle upon Tyne, under French masterchef, Jacques Molinari, he moved his way up the chef's ladder, working at such places as Eastwell Manor in Kent, under chef, Ian McAndrew. David went on to run the kitchen at Brockencote Hall near Kidderminter, Golfa Hall near Welshpool and the Savoy Hotel (now Chapter 1) in Cheltenham Spa - all 2 AA rosette awarded restaurants.
Prior to joining Saracens, David ran his own award winning country hotel in Norfolk, before working for Lady Ione Pennington-Frost, at the Muncaster Castle Estate in Cumbria.
