Operating as a licensed restaurant since 2000, Saracen's restaurant has gained an enviable reputation as one of the best eating places in Shropshire. Saracen's kitchen specialises in modern British and International cuisine using a range of local produce. Under the warchful eye of Head Chef, David Ostle, our restaurant has become known for exceptional cooking delivered in a professional, yet unstuffy, manner. It is this attention to detail, which saw Saracen's receive it's second AA rosette in February 2010.
At Saracen's we use the best local suppliers and producers, including meat grown on our own farm in South Shropshire, so that when you eat a meal at Saracen's, its easy to see the care and attention that has gone into, not only the preparation of the dish, but also the skills of our growers. All this means an excellent meal for you, the customer.
At Saracen's, we have both a Lunch and Evening menu and a set priced menu for Sunday Lunch. In addition, we produce a number of Special Event Menus throughout the year and should you be planning a special occasion, our team is able to create a bespoke menu to match your requirements.
